Phase 0 describes where we were during most of the pandemic period when density on the campus was at a minimum.

1.Quarantine is no longer required for vaccinated individuals without symptoms but applies to unvaccinated individuals without symptoms who have had significant exposure to the virus. Students living on campus who have symptoms will require isolation housing
