Foundation Board Chair Named Leader of the Year  

John M. Brophy, Chair of the University of Maryland College Park Foundation Board of Trustees will be honored April 26th as the Leader of the Year by the Greater Washington Board of Trade.

A tradition for nearly 60 years, the Leader of the Years Dinner honors one individual for contributions to the business and community interests of Greater Washington.

Brophy, Group President for ACS State and Local Solutions, has served on a number of boards and professional, educational, and trade associations over the years. He currently sits on the University of Maryland College Park Foundation, Inc., Board of Trustees, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board, and the Greater Washington Board of Trade.

Brophy holds a bachelor degree from the University of Maryland.
