2. Wellness Tip of the Week: Take care of your oral health

Event Type(s): Health

In order to prevent tooth decay, the American Dental Association recommends brushing your teeth at least 2 times each day with a soft-bristled brush and fluoride toothpaste. Pick a toothbrush that will allow you to easily access your back teeth, and change your toothbrush every 3-4 months to prevent the bristles from fraying. Floss between your teeth daily to maintain gum health. Visit your dentist regularly (at least twice a year) to stay on top of your dental health care.

We hope that these activities help create camaraderie among and between different colleges, departments, and groups on campus.
