5. TLTC Teaching Tip of the Week: End-of-Semester Evaluations

Event Type(s): Other

Show students that you take end-of-semester course evaluations seriously by introducing them carefully, explaining why the evaluations are useful to you, and how you (and your department) use (and have used) such evaluations. If the online evaluation does not ask the questions you want answers to, create your own questionnaire and let students complete it anonymously in class. Remind students to do the on-line course evaluation at https://www.courseevalum.umd.edu/. The CourseEvalUM site opens the week of April 27th and closes midnight Wednesday, May 13th.
