Wellness Tip of the Week: Take Stock of Your Accomplishments

When the daily grind gets to you and little things start to feel like disasters, it's normal to begin to doubt yourself. But it's important to remember all that you have accomplished. Take a couple minutes today to write out all of the things that you have done or contributed to just in the last month. These accomplishments can be anything from getting to class on time, submitting an assignment, taking a leadership role in a group project, going to the gym or cooking a healthy meal. Take a step back and celebrate all of your small successes. When you feel good about yourself, things will feel less intimidating and you can go back to being the confident, productive person you know you can be.
