On Tuesday, Sept. 8, the University of Maryland will launch a new university calendar that will streamline and replace the FYI and Free Stuff @ UMD calendars. Beginning Sept. 8, you will be able to submit your events to the new campus calendar for review and approval, much like the current process for FYI and Free Stuff @ UMD. On Sept. 8, if you visit this website, you will automatically be redirected to the new calendar. In addition, a new weekly email called UMD This Week will launch on Sept. 8, replacing the daily FYI email. UMD This Week will be delivered at the beginning of every week and will highlight top upcoming events. The email will include details on how to access the new calendar and how to submit events for approval. Questions? Email UMDevents@umd.edu.

Don't have access to the eCalendar? Register for the Stamp Event Certification (SEC) Training to get access.

We now offer a completely ONLINE TRAINING option. Student organization members can apply to take the SEC training on-site or completely online. You will still need to pass the SEC Test and student organizations are still limited to 3 eCalendar users.

Beginning September 2, 2013 the Stamp Event Services Office will have an eCalendar Help Line (HELP LINE 301.314.8595). eCalendar Users can call in Monday through Friday from12:00PM to 5:00PM (except when university is closed) for live eCalendar tech support. One of our friendly well trained staff persons will be available to answer your eCalendar questions.
