On Tuesday, Sept. 8, the University of Maryland will launch a new university calendar that will streamline and replace the FYI and Free Stuff @ UMD calendars. Beginning Sept. 8, you will be able to submit your events to the new campus calendar for review and approval, much like the current process for FYI and Free Stuff @ UMD. On Sept. 8, if you visit this website, you will automatically be redirected to the new calendar. In addition, a new weekly email called UMD This Week will launch on Sept. 8, replacing the daily FYI email. UMD This Week will be delivered at the beginning of every week and will highlight top upcoming events. Research Participation- An EEG study of cognitive training

This study investigates the neural correlates of cognitive training. It requires multiple at-home training sessions involving several different computerized tasks as well as testing sessions utilizing Electroencephalography (EEG) which measures electrical brain activity. There will be two testing sessions before and after the training which will take 1-2 hours each. Trainings will take place over the course of several weeks in 15-25 minute sessions at home.
You will be paid $15/hour for the EEG sessions and $10/hour for the other testing sessions.
The requirements for participants are:
