Gentle Windings: Labyrinth Meditation Workshop and Retreat

This integrated workshop and retreat will introduce participants to the labyrinth as a tool for meditation, spiritual programming and personal reflection. The day will include lecture, discussion and a personal reflection and meditation experience. Ways to use the labyrinth as a tool for group reflection and debriefing will be taught. Half day and full day enrollment is available. The program will be lead by experienced Labyrinth trainer and facilitator, Gloria Carpeneto.

Continental Breakfast and Lunch will be Served

10am-12pm: The program will begin with an introduction to the labyrinth. Interfaith dimensions of the labyrinth and how it is used in multiple faith traditions will be included in the morning program.

1-4pm: Meditative uses of the labyrinth will be highlighted in the afternoon segment of the program. We will walk the labyrinth in both the morning and afternoon segments.
