Wellness Tip of the Week: Take a Hike

Research has shown that hiking is associated with lowered risk of heart disease and high blood pressure, and is linked to improved mental health. Take advantage of the warm weather this summer and hit a nearby hiking trail! Hiking doesn't have to mean climbing a mountain- you can simply find a nice outdoor trail to enjoy a long walk through nature.
