Science & Technology Advice for the President of the U.S.

Prof. David Hart, George Mason University, will describe the Office of Science & Technology Policy (OSTP), which advises the president. He served as assistant director for manufacturing innovation in 2011-2012 and has published extensively about innovation, entrepreneurship, and energy technology. Dr. Hart currently directs the Center for Science and Technology Policy at GMU.

Dr. Hart speaks as the STS Annual Speaker in a public talk co-sponsored by MTech, the Academy of Innovation, College Park Scholars, and MCHOTSE of the Department of History. Individuals interested in his campus visit should contact the organizer.
