Apply for the Adele H. Stamp Memorial Award

Where: Stamp Student Union : Room 3100

The recipient of the award will be recognized at the
University Annual Awards program on May 5, 2013,
with a plaque and a cash prize and have his/her name inscribed
on the permanent plaque on the Wall of Honor
located on the first floor off of the main lobby of the Stamp.

Criteria for selection include:
An affiliation with the Stamp or student organizations that use the Stamp
a 3.0 GPA for undergraduates
a 3.5 GPA for graduates
a demonstration of leadership skills
active involvement in the life of the campus community.

Completed applications must be returned to 3100 Stamp
by 12:00PM -- March 15, 2013.
