DC 109A Introduction to Ballet Dance Level 2

This is a continuation of the Introductory Ballet course that will focus on conditioning exercises, standing barre and center exercises. All of which are based upon the fundamental development of classical ballet placement, vocabulary, movement and musicality. This class will help students improve flexibility, stamina, strength and knowledge of Ballet techniques.
