DC 120B Bellydancing!

The class emphasizes the history of bellydance, dynamic choreography, shimmies, snakehips, and fun! Students will explore the deep postural muscles of the spine, abdominals, and hips. In addition, students will discover their dance abilities by incorporating control, grace, isolationism and self-expression into their movements.
