The School of Public Policy's Tuesday Policy Forum will feature Fredrica Kramer, an independent consultant engaged in research, evaluation and program development. She is based in Washington, DC, where she also teaches urban policy, social policy, and evaluation. Her work has focused on a broad range of social welfare and poverty issues, including welfare, workforce development, and remedial strategies for harder-to-serve and special needs populations (e.g., employment and training strategies for low-skill and older workers; supported work, housing-based employment and other place-based service strategies; service integration for individuals with multiple barriers; services for ex-offenders and individuals with disabilities; and substance abuse and mental health services for low-income populations).
