"Brazilian dance, martial art and music at the ALC will introduce you to an exiting movement style from Brazil. Through this class students will focus on learning basic corporal techniques of Capoeira including acrobatics, defense and attack movements. Students will also learn the rhythms and songs necessary for Capoeira, including, drums, tambourine and other native Brazilian instruments."
