On Tuesday, Sept. 8, the University of Maryland will launch a new university calendar that will streamline and replace the FYI and Free Stuff @ UMD calendars. Beginning Sept. 8, you will be able to submit your events to the new campus calendar for review and approval, much like the current process for FYI and Free Stuff @ UMD. On Sept. 8, if you visit this website, you will automatically be redirected to the new calendar. In addition, a new weekly email called UMD This Week will launch on Sept. 8, replacing the daily FYI email. UMD This Week will be delivered at the beginning of every week and will highlight top upcoming events. If you are new to Access 2010 or need refresher training, this instructor-led course is for you. Access can help you store, link, and manage data using a single relational database application and its associated tools. Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to examine basic database concepts and explore the Microsoft Office Access 2010 environment, design a simple database, build a new database with related tables, manage the data in a table, query a database using different methods, design forms, and generate reports.
