We are interested in learning more about the link between birth place, cultural identity and health among Black women from all over the world. If you, your parents or grandparents are from a Caribbean nation, please consider participating in this exciting new study and share your experiences.

To participate you must be:

. From an immigrant background
. Female
. 18 years of age or older
. Willing to commit 30 minutes of your time
