February is Emotional Wellness Month at UMD! Emotional wellness starts with self-acceptance and self-love. February is an especially opportune time of year to foster those feelings because it is also "Love Your Body" Month! Several events are scheduled to help you appreciate your truly beautiful self. Choose to invest in your emotional wellbeing. Take advantage of these opportunities to learn about self-esteem, self-love, eating disorders, and the many resources on campus that are available to help you feel good about yourself.
