Learn to Teach with a Lifeguard Instructor Training Course!

This unique class prepares candidates to teach American Red Cross Lifeguard courses to others in the future.
Candidates must:
- be a current lifeguard.
- pass a pre-course skills test on the first night of class in addition to an online pre-course exam
- be at least 17 years of ago to receive certification
Class is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2/19 through 3/12 from 6:00-10:00pm.

Registration is available online at www.crs.umd.edu. Click on "Instructional Programs" and then "Course Registration" from the left hand navigation bar.
CRS also offers a Lifeguard Training Course for those looking to be a lifeguard this upcoming summer!
