How are you doing with your New Year's resolution, now that the first month of 2013 has gone by? If you're having trouble sticking to your resolution, re-evaluate it to see if it follows the three S's. Write down your goal in a way that is (S)imple, (S)pecific, and can achieve in (S)mall steps. For example, instead of the resolution "I will eat healthier," keep it simple and specific by making a resolution like "I will eat at least one cup of vegetables with my lunch each day." If you take small steps towards a larger goal, you'll find it easier to stay motivated and stay well in 2013!
