What is the 'business case' for diversity? We have limited resources' so why focus time, attention and money on diversity? Simply put: to improve our performance! Operational decisions are informed by our perspective. Diversity adds to and broadens our perspectives, allowing us collectively to see solutions to our problems that would never otherwise occur to us. Thus, diversity is a pathway to better decisions and better outcomes...a pathway to improvement.
