2013 Walk for Wellness
Teams of 5 and individuals are invited to participate in the 2013 Walk for Wellness program. Walk 20 minutes per day, 5 days per week during January 11- March 7. Prizes will be awarded to the individuals and team who log the most minutes walked.

Log in and out weekdays at walking zones located at Reckord Armory (10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) Cole Fieldhouse (8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) Chesapeake Building (11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.)
WIN prizes awarded March 13
Individual Walk for Wellness winner will receive one Noodles & Company meal monthly for a year AND a pedometer. Team Walk for Wellness winners will receive a Noodles & Company party AND a private group fitness class of their choice.
