COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Some people talk. Others do. The truth is intrinsic.
In the Art & Craft of Doing, students will learn how to use performance & visual art to demonstrate thoughts, ideas, and beliefs, while developing their own creative approach to personal expression and empowerment.

Over the course of this semester, students will develop, under the guidance of theinstructor, a 5 minute piece that engages in the art of creative storytelling. Development of the work will be supported by numerous exercises that allow students to discover their own creative processes, analyzing their means of perception. Students will be introduced to the fundamental elements of design and theatre devising in this course that melds theory with practice. NO EXPERIENCE NECCESSARY!
