DC 108A Introduction to Ballet Dance Level 1

This Introductory Ballet course will focus on conditioning exercises, standing barre and center exercises. This class will help students improve flexibility, stamina, strength and knowledge of ballet techniques. Dress Code: It is preferable that fitted clothing be worn as to see the body's alignment throughout the varying exercises. Ballet slippers must be purchased/worn for any/all classes.
