The University of Maryland Choral Activities presents the eleventh annual FESTIVAL OF NINE LESSONS AND CAROLS on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 7 at 8 PM in the MEMORIAL CHAPEL. This service is modeled after the world famous Christmas Eve tradition presented annually at Kings College Cambridge on national Public Radio.
The event features the UMD Men's and Women's Choruses, The Maryland State Boychoir, Femmes de Chanson, MannerMusik, organist Theodore Guerrant and Fesitval Brass, plus readers from the University campus, with audience participation.
Purchase advance tickets through December 6 at the Clarice Smith Center Ticket Office. Prices $15/10/5. On December 7, tickets will be available at Memorial Chapel beginning at 7 PM (only cash and check accepted).
