The Potomac Center for the Study of Modernity is pleased to announce its inaugural symposium, Styles and Cultures of the Corporation.
This symposium investigates the ways in which the look and feel of the corporation have shaped modern experience.
Speakers are Melissa S. Fisher, Department of Social and Cultural Analysis, New York University; Reinhold Martin, Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation, Columbia University; and R. John Williams, Department of English, Yale University. Chair: Joshua Shannon, Art History and Archaeology, University of Maryland.
