EDCP 498: TOTUS Spoken Word Experience is the spoken-word component of the campus-wide INCLUSIVE LANGUAGE CAMPAIGN (ILC) the Department of Resident Life (DRL) and the Multicultural Involvement and Community Advocacy (MICA) office and made possible by the Diversity Grant.
The underlying goals of ILC and TOTUS are to make purposeful strides towards a more inclusive and "whole" community for all to participate in fully.
To apply for this one-credit experience, submit the following materials by Sept. 12, 2012 at noon to judymar@umd.edu: UID, One Paragraph on why you want to take the class, and One Paragraph on how art is communication.
