On Tuesday, Sept. 8, the University of Maryland will launch a new university calendar that will streamline and replace the FYI and Free Stuff @ UMD calendars. Beginning Sept. 8, you will be able to submit your events to the new campus calendar for review and approval, much like the current process for FYI and Free Stuff @ UMD. On Sept. 8, if you visit this website, you will automatically be redirected to the new calendar. In addition, a new weekly email called UMD This Week will launch on Sept. 8, replacing the daily FYI email. UMD This Week will be delivered at the beginning of every week and will highlight top upcoming events. The email will include details on how to access the new calendar and how to submit events for approval. Questions? Email UMDevents@umd.edu.

The Stamp Gallery is proud to present the work of composer, sound artist, and scholar, Tara Rodgers. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Women's Studies, a Distinguished Faculty Fellow in Digital Cultures & Creativity, and an Affiliate Faculty of American Studies and Musicology & Ethnomusicology at the University of Maryland.

The exhibition will run July 23 - August 24 and it is FREE and open to the public.

Closing reception August 24, 5 - 8pm.
