The Maryland Institute for Minority Achievement and Urban Education (MIMAUE)is celebrating Ten Years of Excellence on May 17th, 2012. The Institute's central goals include the improvement of minority achievement, the elimination of the achievement gap, and the improvement and reform of urban education. Special presentations by Leonard "Len" J. Elmore, the Baltimore City College High School Choir, and the Brad Linde Jazz Ensemble. The event will be hosted by Craig Thompson.
