The following list includes undergraduate courses that have been approved as of May 2014.  Courses added after that date do not appear in this list.  Courses eliminated after that date may still appear.  Not every course is offered regularly.  Students should consult the Schedule of Classes at www.testudo.umd.edu to ascertain which courses are actually offered during a given semester.

MEES 432 Physiological Ecology of Animals (3) Prerequisite: BSCI361; or students who have taken courses with comparable content may contact the department; or permission of instructor. An examination of the influence of environmental constrains on animal function and energetic efficiency in the context of abiotic conditions in the habitats occupied by individuals.

MEES 498 Topics in Marine-Estuarine-Environmental Sciences (1-4) Lecture and/or laboratory series organized to study a selected area of marine-estuarine-environmental sciences not otherwise considered in formal courses.
