1098-T Form
Click here to view your 1098-T Tax Form.
If your 1098-T does not display your correct TIN, please complete Form W-9S
and mail it to the Office of the Bursar, Lee Building, University of Maryland, College Park, MD 20742. We will update the information with the IRS.
You also need to make this correction officially with the university through the Office of Records & Registrations.
To view your student account transaction details, log into Student Account Inquiry on Testudo.
Please note, a full tax year's transactions will only be displayed up to the
federal filing deadline.
"Do Not Mail My 1098-T" Option
In an effort to reduce paper, printing and postage costs, we ask that you opt-out
of receiving a paper 1098-T form via the mail. By choosing the "Do Not
Mail My 1098-T" option, you eliminate the need for sending your social
security number through the mail. We will send you an email notification when the next tax year is available for
viewing (and every year thereafter) with a direct link to the 1098-T Tax Form
login screen. You will be able to view an electronic version of your 1098-T and print out the PDF for your records. The default
view is the most recent tax year with an additional button at the bottom to view the previous tax year (if applicable).
Please help us reduce University costs and Opt-Out today.
